Company History
National Services Contractors was founded in 1987 by Alex Woldu as a small janitorial services company. Over the next few years in business he developed a solid reputation for outstanding performance and our client base grew. Additional services were added and the company expanded to include labor services, landscaping, and snow removal. NSC was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1994.
In 2005, NSC further expanded our service lines to include construction. We started with smaller renovations, and through the years or projects consistently grew larger and more complex. The market demand led us to make significant investments in our management resources and technology infrastructure. Today, we are proud to introduce NSC as a full service construction organization managing multi-million dollar projects.
More than three decades later, Mr. Woldu remains actively involved as President & CEO, leading a team of experienced executives, managers, and support staff dedicated to ensure the NSC reputation is still strong today.
